A chilled sky bar with good views of Phnom Penh during the night time. Great cocktails, we experienced two home signatures plus the whisky sour, all of which content. There was an easy listening Filipino band actively playing, and the band was accepting of track requests. Great for an evening to wind down, with great breeze.Services was good. The o
